Skydiving School / AFF
The accelerated free fall program, as its name indicates, is a system that allows you to become a skydiver in the fastest, safest, and most effective way possible.
This system consists of a series of 7 levels of learning through which you will develop the ability to maneuver in freefall and under canopy while also learning how to stay safe.
AFF is a world-wide standard in skydiving certification. This system is designed for those people who are seriously interested in skydiving as a sport, or simply for those people who wish to make a jump with an individual parachute.
The program is divided in two parts: The first 3 levels are focused on survival and equipment knowledge, including the operation of the equipment and its use as a life saving device in freefall.
During these first three levels, you will be accompanied by 2 instructors that will aid you in learning the correct position for your body in order to deploy your own parachute at the right altitute.
The 4 remaining levels will be dedicated to the development of your maneuvering abilities. That is where the real fun starts: back flips, front flips, tracking through the sky like superman, and jumping out the airplane in fun, disorienting manners.
During these 4 levels, only one instructor is required, as you have already proven your skills in freefall.
The program begins with a ground training orientation class that lasts from 4-6 hours. In this class, you will review materials given to you in a training manual- equipment function, canopy flight, freefall body positions and much more.
After you have completed the 7 levels successfully, the sky is the limit! You will then be on your way to a skydiving license (25 jumps) which allows you to jump anywhere in the world, while making great friendships at Skydive Cuautla and beyond.
